Image Usage & Referencing

My works are not stock images, they are not free for use to ANYONE. You may NOT use my works in any manipulations, collages, or designs, inclusive but not exclusive to: websites, layouts, videos, blogs, wallpapers, CD art, banners, posters, icons, manipulation artworks etc.

You’re only allowed to reference my work for drawings, illustrations, clothing, accessories, etc for school/practice/fan-art only after you’ve received permission from me personally. I do enjoy seeing work resulted from my own so you’re more than welcome to share final products with me. HOWEVER, any work referencing my own CANNOT be used for print/competition/commercial/profit purposes, in which licensing and permission is required. You must give CLEAR CREDIT to me and link back to my website. Any work having found not complying with any of this will be forcibly removed and action will be taken against any guilty party.

Articles & Reposting

For re-blogging/re-posting of my works for features and articles, do NOT edit/crop/manipulate the image in any way (cropping is fine for ONLY image previews). Absolutely NO re-posting on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc without complete credit to the original source. If you claim anything as your own, action will be taken against you.

All images and materials found on this website (JenniferWeiler.com) as well as under the username JenniferWeiler (JenniferWeiler.deviantart.com) are copyrighted to Jennifer Weiler and many of these artworks are also under legal contracts with 3rd parties that have legal rights and authorization to use these images. You may purchase prints of my works for personal collections ONLY. You may NOT use/manipulate/exhibit/resell/reproduce for personal or commercial reasons. Any users found to replicate, reproduce, circulate, distribute, download, manipulate or otherwise use these images without my written consent will be in breach of copyright laws as well as contract laws. If this is found to be the case, 3rd parties with authorization and legal rights may also take action, in conjecture with myself, against you.
